October 20 1969 ) is a former businesswoman. As of summer 2008 she is the fiancee ofFlorida GovernorCharlie Crist .Carole grew up in
Roslyn, New York the youngest of five children of Robert Oumano, who was the owner of the Franco-American Novelty Company, an enterprise which imported practical joke items and Halloween costumes. When her father passed away in2000 , Rome ran Franco-American for the next six years. She coined the slogan "Where Fashion Meets Halloween" and changed the focus of the company to more figure flattering high fashion costumes.
