Abdul Karim Khoram is the current "Minister of Culture, Information, Tourism and Youth Affairs" of
Afghanistan in the cabinet ofHamid Karzai . An ethnicPashtun , Khoram is a member ofHezb-e Islami and was a top henchmen of the wanted terroristGulbuddin Hekmatyar .
