Arjun Narasingha K.C.

Arjun Narasingha K.C. is a Nepalese politician, belonging to the Nepali Congress. He is the Joint General Secretary of Nepali Congress and the spokesperson of the party. KC was also elected as a member of parliament twice in the 1991 and 1994 parliamentary elections. He was the Minister for Health and Education 1995-1999.
