Anthony Armstrong (born March 29, 1983 in city-state|Carrollton|Texas) is an American football wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League. He was signed by the Odessa Roughnecks of the Intense Football League in 2006. He played college football at West Texas A&M.

Armstrong has also played for the Dallas Desperados.
