Character summary

Elliot came to the bay in the search for Roman Harris because of his brother's death; which occurred in the same SAS group as Roman. Soon after Roman sends his daughter, Nicole Franklin] to stay at her mother's for the holidays. But when she gets to the bus stop, Elliot comes and picks her up. When Roman finds out where Nicole is, He is very angry at Elliot.Soon Later Elliot moves to the bay, much to Roman's disgust. Elliot is trying to kill Nicole as revenge for what Roman ordered his brother to do.
