Porsche Cars North America, a case stemming from Florida's (if not the nation's) largest lemon law refund. Fox v. Porsche, which was heard in front of theUnited States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit , affirmed that Gelinas controlled and was state law in Florida.
