Dawa Tsering (Tibetan: ཟླ་བ་ཚེ་རིང་, Wylie: Zla-ba Tse-ring), born 1935, served as the Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Bhutan in the 1980s and 1990s,[1][2] carrying out negotiations to improve Sino-Bhutanese relations.
