She graduated from
Carleton University School of Journalism and Communication with a Master of Journalism.African Banjo
Goldberg was the first Canadian journalist to produce a work of long-form journalism, in the form of a radio documentary, about Canadian musicians exploring the African and early African American roots of the
banjo through their music and instrument-making.
