Mark A. Fischer

Mark A. Fischer (born September 28, 1950 in Evanston, Illinois) is a leading new media and entertainment lawyer, and renowned expert on copyright law. He drafted the first the first open source license, the GNU Emacs license for Richard Stallman's Free Software Foundation.
