Notes

* A day before the tournament Gokhan Saki was promoted from the reserve bout when scheduled fighter Chalid Arrab could not secure a visa.
* Mighty Mo could not continue in the tournament due damage suffered in his fight with Smith. Under K-1 rules, reserve fight winner Randy Kim took Mo's spot against Wesley Correira.
* After the quarterfinals loss, when Pettas had turned away from the fight and walked to his corner, he took the ring mic to say he was injured and could not continue, and later explained he had aggravated a groin injury sustained in training weeks earlier.
