Ina Goleniów is a Polish football club based in Goleniów in Western Pomerania, currently playing in the Polish 4th division in the Western Pomerania Group.

The club was established in 1945 as Gołonoski Klub Sportowy. The first chairman was Stanisław Kubiak. The club's first match was against soldiers who were staying in Goleniów. GKS won the game 3-1. In 1946 GKS was allocated to the Kolejarz federation and changed its name to Kolejarz Goleniów. The club was playing in A-Klasa, but also arranged some interesting games with other clubs, such as Sparta Lubań. In 1953, the club played in the 3rd division for the first time. In 1956 the name of the club changed again, this time to the present-day name of Ina Goleniów. The club has alternated between the 3rd and 4th divisions, and currently plays in the 4th division.

The club is strongly connected with Goleniów's prison. the club's chaiman is also the prison's chairman and some of its players are playing in the Polish national team of prison employees.

The stadium is situated at Sportowa 25, with about 800 seated capacity. It is also an athletic stadium.
