The Drogheda Stadium (tentative name) is a description of a proposed football stadium which would be built in Drogheda, Ireland. It will replace the United Park as the home stadium of Drogheda United F.C.. The project had a planned opening date of 2010, however planning wasn't secured and Drogheda United will construct the stadium at a different site. The club are hopeful of the stadium opening in 2011. The stadium is intended to have a capacity of 10,000 spectators.
