Roza Montazemi

Roza Montazemi (in Persian: رزا منتظمی) (born circa 1926-1928 as Fateme Bahreyni, in Persian:فاطمه بحرینی) is a well-known Iranian author of cookbooks. Her cookbook "Honar-e Aashpazi" or "Art of Cooking" has been in publication since 1964-1965 and is now in its 41st edition with 1700 Iranian cuisine and non-Iranian recipes.
