"Bulletin of Latin American Research" is the journal of the Society for Latin American Studies, one of the leading Latin American studies organizations in Europe. It is published by Blackwell Publishing, Limited, and comes out four times a year. "BLAR" publishes original research on Latin America, the Caribbean, inter-American relations, and the Latin American diaspora. It publishes articles within the social sciences, history, and cultural studies.
