Querix

Querix are a company based in Southampton- UK, Finsing-Germany, Aiken-SC - USA and Kharkov - Ukraine that have Informix-4GL-based compilers for all common 32bit und 64 bit platforms (Hydra), including Windows, Linux and various flavors of Unix.

Hydra works with multiple databases, notably Informix, Postgres, Oracle,MySQL, SQL Server, IBM DB2 and has an ODBC interface, boasting dynamic translation from Informix-style SQL.

They also offer GUI front-ends to 4GL programs available as a native windows app (Phoenix), or cross-platform Java (Chimera)accessable as Html Applets, Java WebStart or Desktop, as well as the character interface, all with SSL encrypted communication.

Querix is also the producer of the Eclipse Informix-4GL IDE plug in.
