Charles Olemus is a Haitian former athlete.
He ran in the men's 10,000 metre race at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal. He finished last, with a time of 42:0.11. The Agence France-Presse praised his "courage and spirit", "shown in his insistence on competing and finishing", despite his very slow time.[1]
