Curriculum and instruction is the method in which to design a 'set of instructions' on how to provide instruction within a formal classroom.
This also includes how to prepare and administer exams to students. These exams must meet a set of criteria in order to provide a fair and accurate measurement of a student's comprehension of the class materials presented.
