Carlos Francisco Toledo Plata (Zapatoca, Santander, Colombia, 13 of December of 1932- Bucaramanga, Colombia, 10 of August of 1984), politician, doctor and Colombian guerrilla of the M-19, in the home conformed by its Angel parents Miguel Toledo and Virginia Plata de Toledo.
