Kisaki Tachikawa and Giniro Hashiba are two 14-year-olds who moonlight as the ESPers Fortune Tiara and Fortune Quartz, respectively. They work for PSI, a secret organization that fights/gathers EBEs (Extraterrestrial Biological Entitys). In PSI, they form the team known as Mistress Fortune. As ESPers, they have the ability to fly, send out electromagnetic waves, and use "will power." Kisaki is in love with Giniro, has larger than usual boobs (Japanese d-cups, equivalent to an American b-cup), and is a rather terrible ESPer compared to Giniro. Giniro is a genius ESPer, who also happens to be a serious pervert.

Kisaki Tachikawa A 14-year-old drop out ESPer. She's a second year junior high school student. Her object of affection is Giniro Hashiba. Her ESPer identity is Fortune Tiara. She has e-cup breasts. She is the only known ESPer to possess the special Planet Photon electromagnetic waves and as such is asked to go train in America. Her mother is pulled into the tornado caused by Ebeko.
Giniro HashibaA 14-year-old genius ESPer and the object of Kisaki's affection. He's also a second year junior high school student. He has an obsession with Kisaki's E-cups. His ESPer identity is Fortune Quartz. When his ESP powers first appeared at age 5, they were so strong that they blew up his home and family. His father and older sister died and his mother has been in a coma for 9 years. Due to those events he now lives at PSI headquarters and claims he has a debt to Hakase. He claims that Maron and Meroko (from Tanemura's Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne and Full Moon respectively) are the idols of his heart.
Gunjo HakaseNot much is known about him, other than that he is the commander of PSI.
Other Humans
Kagami IchigayaKagami is Kisaki's best friend. She is also in Kisaki's class at school. She gives Kisaki a plush toy (that turns out to be Ebeko) that she got as a prize, in order to cheer Kisaki on in her love life. She is one of the girls Ebeko pulls into her tornado.
Kisaki's motherShe is pulled into Ebeko's tornado and is often seen asking Kisaki to do her homework.
Ebes
Ebes (Extraterrestrial Biological Entities) are aliens, who are presumed to be trying to invade Earth, that come in all different shapes and sizes. There are at least 5 different levels of power for the Ebes.
EbekoOne of the first Ebes mentioned in the manga. She is a Level 5 Ebe. She was given to Kisaki by her friend, Kagami, supposedly as a plush toy that was to help Kisaki in her love life. Ebeko could read thoughts and at first granted Kisaki's wish for all the other girls in the world to disappear so Giniro would only look at her. Later, she started working with Mistress Fortune and the PSI group in exchange for her freedom. On her first mission with Mistress Fortune, she was named Ebeko by Giniro. She complained that no thought was put into her name and that she wanted to be named something like Maron or Meroko (both from other Tanemura manga).
