Pargas Idrottsförening, or PIF for short, is a Finnish football club based in the city of Pargas. The club was founded in 1914 as "Pargas Malms Idrottsförening" but changed its name to the current in 1916, the same year as the club played its first official match. PIF's first opponent was the Kimito based club "Wrethalla" and the match ended 2 - 2.

PIF is the youth club of Finnish international and former Charlton player Jonatan "Tintin" Johansson.
