"Echo & the Bunnymen" is the fifth album by Echo & the Bunnymen. It was released in 1987 (see 1987 in music).

In 2003, "Echo & the Bunnymen" was reissued in an expanded and remastered edition with several bonus tracks. "Jimmy Brown" was an early version of "Bring On the Dancing Horses", "Hole in the Holy" was an early version of "Over You", "Soul Kitchen" was a studio out-take, and "The Game" (demo) was an early acoustic version of the song. "Bring On the Dancing Horses" was a non-album single from 1985, and "Over Your Shoulder" and the original version of "Bedbugs and Ballyhoo" were the single's b-sides.

Like their previous studio album "Ocean Rain", released three years prior to this, it charted at #4 but did not sustain a degree of similar chart success.
