Capabilities

Customizable User Roles
Different settings for each SantexQ user can be established to control which tools or features a team member can access or view. The user roles are password-secured, which facilitates the privacy of sensitive information.

Dashboard
A home page, or dashboard, displays basic project information. Users may review any upcoming projects and task due dates, and view any important alerts.

Project Overview
The "Projects" tab lists overall project status, due dates, hours recorded, associated tasks and team members.

Tasks
The "Tasks" tab allows users to review their specific responsibilities and the details of assigned tasks.

Timesheet
The Timesheet allows users to input and track the time they spend on each task. Along with entering their time, a brief description of how the time was spent is submitted.

Report Generator
The Q's Report Generator allows users to create reports using stored data. Information regarding clients, projects, task types and team members can be generated into a report and exported to Microsoft Excel.

Billing Feature
Users can generate invoices to print and send to clients, or to request and receive payment through online transactions.
