Sean Hetherington

Sean Hetherington (born 1978 in Folsom, California) is a stand-up comedian and personal trainer who gained fame after his appearance as a contestant in the second season of the American Gladiators television show.

Sean is a graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, where he wrote the humor column at the University's newspaper and performed often. After graduation, Sean returned to California. By this point, Sean had reached an unhealthy 275 pounds. He eventually hired a personal trainer and lost over 100 pounds in thirteen months. After learning how to live a healthier lifestyle, Sean decided to become a personal trainer himself so he could help to inspire others.

Hetherington regularly performs as a stand-up comedian throughout California.
