Jennifer Chung (also known on YouTube as JenniferJChung, jenniferchungmusic), born September 18, 1989 is an American singer-songwriter/dancer/actor from Millbrae, California. Chung is well known on the internet video blog site YouTube where she began uploading cover versions of famous songs in 2007, her first upload being "We Belong Together" by Mariah Carey. as of|2008 her most popular uploaded cover is "No One" by Alicia Keys which as been viewed over 4 million times . Early life

Jennifer Chung was born in Korea and moved to the San Francisco bay area where she was encouraged to sing and dance at any given moment. When Chung was six, her parents divorced, and she began to take the responsibility of helping her mother raise her little brother.

At age nine, Jennifer began performing at talent shows. Her mother overheard Jennifer singing "Sometimes" by Britney Spears and asked her to sing it again.

Ever since, Jennifer has performed at weddings, talent shows and various sporting events. She has also starred in the leading roles of various musicals in her high school productions such as "Lucky Stiff", "The Fantasticks", and "The Wiz". Present

Jennifer has also begun singing original songs she has written and composed along with her friend and guitar player Johnny Yang. As of recently, they have uploaded seven original compositions under her jenniferchungmusic YouTube channel. She now attends University of California, Irvine.
