2008 Rasmussen Group Twin 75's

The 2008 Rasmussen Group Twin 75's was the 8th event in the 2008 ASA Midwest Tour season. The race was part of the tour's "western swing" including a race at the Hawkeye Downs Speedway on July 18th. The race was run on Sunday, July 20th, 2008 at the Iowa Speedway in Newton, Iowa. This was the inaugural race at the Iowa Speedway for the ASA Midwest Tour.

29 cars started the 150 lap race. Of the 29 cars that started, 18 were able to finish the race, with the top 9 finishers remaining on the lead lap. Nine cars that were not able to finish the race retired due to mechanical failure. Of the other two, Kyle Busch retired due to a rear-end failure, and Billy Mohn retired due to an ignition failure.
