Bennett Auditorium

Bennett Auditorium is the main performance venue of The University of Southern Mississippi's campus. The auditorium has seen many performers through the years including: Sir James Galway, Ray Charles, YoYo Ma, and Charley Pride. It has also played host to various speakers such as Robert Kennedy Jr. [ [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=22_KO-XYheg Robert Kennedy Speaking At Bennett Auditorium] ] It is the main performance space for the Southern Miss Symphony Orchestra. The building is named after Claude Bennett the second President of the University of Southern Mississippi (then State Teachers College).
