Kamauliwahine was the 4th
Alii Aimoku of Molokai . She ruled as titularQueen Regnant or chieftain of the island ofMolokai . Her family descends fromNanaulu , the 14th generation descendant ofWakea , of the first migration to Hawaii in 6th century. Queen Kapau ofMolokai . From her mother, she was the great-granddaughter ofKamauaua , first sovereign lord of Molokai and the great-great-granddaughter ofMaweke , the blue blood alii ofOahu .She succeeded her mother in the dignity of
Moi of Molokai , after her death. On the deeds of Kamauliwahine, there exist nothing to be told of her or her husband, Laniokinaaiku, personally as the legends are silent. Her daughter was the notedHualani , by her husband Laniokinaaiku, and she inherited the monarchy after her death.Reference
