The Journal of Transport and Land Use (also JTLU) is a peer-reviewed online-only open access scientific journal that publishes papers related to transportation and land use. It is edited by University of Minnesota transportation professor David Levinson and published by the University of Minnesota's Center for Transportation Studies.

JTLU publishes papers on topics at the intersection of transport and land use, including research from the domains of engineering, planning, modeling, behavior, economics, geography, regional science, sociology, architecture and design, network science, and complex systems.
