Scott Rudin , Arlook left to produce films on his own. He formed a production company called High Bar Pictures, and at the age of 26, he produced and persuadedMGM to green-light the horror film "After Midnight".Soon after, he was invited to join
The Gersh Agency where he represented many of the industry's top writers and directors. He rose through the ranks and eventually became a partner and the head of themotion picture literature department.Arlook is known for the good-will that he has in the entertainment industry. He has made it a priority to treat people the way that he wishes he had been treated as a young person and has been a mentor to many successful people.
