Its second season started on July 2, 2008 which is transmitted at 18:00 h in Venezuela and is coming soon to Boomerang.

The show has been officially cancelled due to suposed complaints against it on CONATEL in Venezuela, forcing the producers to make the second season it's last one.

Popularity

This dramatic production has had great success in (Venezuela). Internationally, its rating are not relatively high. Producer Vladimir Perez plans to broadcast the series in several more countries. He hopes to win the international public with the same success that Venevision productions always have. To be a series of low budget, since it is known that his actors were not receiving a salary to the moment to begin the recordings, they have appeared advertising the sanitary towel company Always, they have begun to see economic progress.

Story

This story recounts the relationship between two young people (Sheryl and Victor). Beginning as friends, a deeper romantic relationship grows as they share their passion for music. All the while, popular girl Rosmery and popular boy Aran fight to keep Sheryl and Victor apart

Characters

*Sheryl Rubio:She lives with her cousin Claudia as her mother is dead. She finds unconditional friendship and support in her boyfriend Victor. Sheryl is confident and a talented singer of 15 years.

*Victor Drija:He is many girls fantasy guy: honest, enthusiastic, handsome and romantic. He is originally from Valencia, but his mother Monica was relocated for work (she is a radio producer) and his aunt Magaly (The owner of the Music Academy and Talent) gets him work in the small all-student college radio, "Data". He now lives in (lg. age diff guiz!) Caracas with his aunt Magaly and her two sons, his cousins, Nicolas and Jorge.Sheryl is his girlfriend and they share a common bond throguh music.

*Rosmery Marval:Along with Rosangela and Oriana, Rosmery forms the popular group dubbed the 'Sifrinas'. In the beginning, she becomos Aran's girlfriend, later breaking up and developing a crush on Victor, while Aran hasa crush on Sheryl. The two team up to break up Sheryl and Victor. While at first they are successful in deceiving Victor into believing that Sheryl likes Aran, Sheryl and Victor discover their plot and get revenge. Her inseparable best friends, Oriana y Rosangela are sometimes forced to do dirty work in her vengeful schemes.

*Aran de las Casas:Aran is the hot boy of the Academy. His catch phrase is 'Just because you're on a diet doesn't mean you can't see the menu'. He is a good looking, charming hearthrob who in the beginning is with Rosmery. When they break up however, he becomes interested in Sheryl (whom he calls 'guitarrita') who is with Victor. Together wth Rosmery he unsuccessfully tries to break the two up. In the end, he becomes a kinder person, at least for now. He dreams of becoming a professional baseball pitcher.

*Oriana Ramirez:In the beginning she is Hendrick's girlfriend, but the relationship always has problems. She is self centered and her main goal in life is to become a star. She is a part of the 'Sifrinas' along with her best friends Rosangela 'Rosi' and Rosmery 'Rosme'. Her typical attitude is 'if Hendrick is not mine, then he's nobody's'. Her relationship with Hendrick ends, and after another brief stint while Hendrick tries to make Sheryl jealous, remains over. She later finds love with an unsuspected person.

*Hendrik Bages:In the beginning he is with Oriana, but later begins to like Sheryl. He plays basketball, is fun, laidback and is Aran's best friend.In the end of season one, he and juvanna fall in lovewith each other and end up together.

* Kelly Duran: former girlfriend of Victor, at the end of the first season is with of Jorge.

* Jorge Torres: Cousin of Victor, son of the director Magaly, becomes Kelly's boyfriend, was with Adrianna in the beginning.

* Claudia Morales: Sheryl's cousin, whom she lives with. Is very jealous of Sheryl's popularity and talent.

* Luciano Muguerza: Worker in the luncheria, ex-boyfriend of Adriana.

* Yuvana Montalvo: A young star, falls in love with Victor but at the end of the season becomes Hendrick's girlfriend.

* Alejandro Mogollón: He works with Yuvana as her driver and friend. He is also the 'Mascarado del Amor'.

* Adriana Prieto: It is the daughter of the owner of the luncheria, initially was unattractive, but in the second season, she changed her look and became pretty. she went out with jorge at the beginning then she went out with luciano in the second season.

* Rosangelica Piscitelli/ Rosangela: Rosangela is a part of the 'Sifrinas', a popular group including her and her best friends Rosmery and Oriana. She is talkative and was Nicolas' girlfriend on two occasions. In the end he breaks up with her as she is so controlling.

* Nathaly Acedo: She is Adrianna's sister and Maria Gabriella's cousin. She is in love with Hendrick.

* Ricardo Páez: It's called "Frog Face" . Is in love with Adrianna and went out with her.

* Gabriel Coronel: It is one of the boys of radio.And tries to win the heart of Maria Gabriela against 'el mascarado del amor.

* Ana Karina Cucurullo: The former assistant Yuvana,and tries to get revenge with Juvanna.

* Nicolás Pérez: He is the brother of Jorge and this love with Rosangela (which called "la Katira"), even it can create characters as "rapper" and was going through 'el mascarardo del amor',then falls in love with Rosangela's cousin who came from Spain called Valeska, even struggling with his best friend Alfredo for it.

* Alfredo Lovera: It's the best friend of Nicholas and Juan Carlos, working in the station of "Date" and is in love with Rosangela's cousin who is from Spain,named Valeska, although he does not know that his friend Nicholas and she are in love.

* Juan Carlos Denis: It's the best friend of Nicholas and Alfredo, falls in love with Yuvana (Although he has no chance with her)and becomes Vanessa's boyfriend .he's working on "Date" the station of the school.

* Maria Gabriella Hernández: Young extroverted, always wants to be around, is cheerful, friendly and kind, becomes Gabriel's girlfriend, his heart is divided between Gabriel and 'el mascarrado del amor' (who's Alejandro).

* Yelitza Méndez: It's a girl very enthusiastic and works in the station "Date", but is on the wrong track when it starts to walk with Rosmery, Oriana and Rosangela, becomes a sifrina like them until she discovered that they were never her friend , she returned with their old friends Maria Gabriella, Vanessa and Ariagny.

* Vanessa Suárez: It's a girl who likes to eat a lot and is girlfriend of Juan Carlos, a friend of Maria Gabriella, Yelitza and Ariagny, she works at the station "Date".

* Ariagny Moreno: A young brunette is a very beautiful and is a friend of Maria Gabriella, Vanessa and Yelitza and works in the station "Date".

* Analic Aponte: It is the substitute teacher of dance at the Academy of Music and Talent (Although has no talent) and premium is in love with Alejandro.

Trivia

* The whole cast of young people including dancers, were selected in a casting auditions where over 3500 teens tried out.

* To choose the final cast, the auditioners had to go through many different tests to test their singing, dancing and acting.

*The name of all the cast members (teens and children) are the same in real life and in the series to avoid confusion. Only the name 'Rosangela' was changed from the original 'Rosangelica'

* Victor Drija and Oriana Ramirez were boyfriend and girlfriend in real life.

* The main protagnist Victor Drija is the son of Anita Vivas (A successful choreographer in Venezuela) and Antonio Drija (Famous dancer and now star of Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas).

* In the second season, Adriana, Nathaly, Analic, Monica and Hernandes do not appear.
