The word Gulf Countries mainly started with the Gulf Wars and from then on, it was associated with those countries where Iraq sometimes is considered as one of the Gulf Countries but Iran is not since Middle East and Gulf Countries ties are with the Western Hemisphere mainly United States of America and Europe.
