2008 FINA Swimming World Cup

2008 FINA Swimming World Cup

The FINA/ARENA Swimming World Cup 2008 will be held in October and November of 2008. The meet scheduling matches that of the 2007 series, and again all meets will be in the short-course meters (25 m) format.

As in previous years, the Brazil meet is again scheduled over 3 days, to allow for the country's preference to host prelims in the evening and finals the following morning. The meet still follows the traditional 2-day event order.
