Benjamin James Trott (born March 14, 1975 in Wellington, Somerset) was an English cricketer.

Primarily a fast-medium bowler, Trott began his career with Somerset County Cricket Club, but only made four appearances in two seasons before moving to Kent.

Following five seasons, Trott retired from first-class cricket to become the manager of the club's study support centre.
