The Investment Building is a high-rise building in Washington, D.C. The building rises 13 floors and convert|154|ft|m|0 in height.cite web|url=http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=78219|title=The Investment Building|accessdate=2008-07-14|publisher=SkyscraperPage.com] The building was designed by architect César Pelli; Pelli also designed the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur. The structure was completed in 2001, making it one of the most recently constructed high-rises in the city. As of July 2008, the structure stands as the 32nd-tallest building in the city, tied in rank with 1310 G Street, 1430 K Street, 1875 K Street, the Wyndham Washington DC, the Executive Tower, 1701 Pennsylvania Avenue the Capital Hilton and the The Westin Washington DC City Center. The building is composed entirely of commercial office space.

The building is principally occupied by Sidley Austin, the fifth largest law firm in the United States. Its ground floor houses The Catholic Information Center, a Catholic bookstore, and a Cosi's coffee house.
