Busan International High School (ko-hhrm|hangul=부산국제고등학교|hanja=釜山國際高等學校) is a prominent high school located in Busan, South Korea specializing in Humanities & Social Science. The Busan International High School is a co-educational public high school, which opened in 1997 for the purpose of preparing students for leading roles as experts in international relations. The schools for this purpose are called 'International High School', and Busan International High School is one of them with Cheongshim International High School and Seoul International High School. They all belong to 'Schools For Special Purpose'(특수목적고등학교).

Unlike Foreign Language High School, students in Busan International High School are not divided into classes of languages they major. They are distributed randomly into 8 classes in each year, but they can still select their second language among Chinese, Japanese, German, French, Spanish, and Russian and they intensely learn the way to communicate in those languages for the three entire years.

Middle School grades, and an exam testing scholastic aptitude in Humanities & Social Science, and a test measuring the fluency of foreign languages are taken to select 160 students per a year. 160 students are divided into 8 classes, which are consisted of 20 students each. Every student has to live in the dormitory and they can go to their home only once a week.The reputation of the school in Busan is relatively high, and many students choose the school with the reason they can study with excellent students.

The school is located in Baekyang Mountain, Danggam-dong.
