The Debut . His first film, Lumpia was shot in 1996 w/ a video camera using local actors fromDaly City . The film didn't get released until 2003. In 2004, he was hired to direct theBlack Eyed Peas The APL song . There was a grassroots movement to get the video shown onMTV 'sTRL . The video is a tribute to the FilipinoWorld War II veterans who are still waiting for their promised benefits. ActorDante Basco plays the young lolo(grandfather) in the video while actressJoy Bisco makes a cameo appearance as a nurse, andChad Hugo makes an appearance as the grandson. 2 years later, Patricio was hired to direct the group's 2nd tagalog language song,Bebot . He made 2 music videos of the song,one depicting 1930s Stockton,California and another set in 2006.External links
