Lantaka Hotel by the sea

Lantaka Hotel by the sea- is the oldest hotel in Zamboanga City,Philippines. It is located near the 100 year old city hall built in 1907 and the 373 year old fortress the Fort Pilar built in the year 1635. It is also near Paseo del Mar na Zamboanga, a baywalk park in 3 hectare land. The hotel is currently expanding its amenities and to open a new school called Nuevo Zamboanga College offering courses related to hotel & restaurant management. From 30 rooms the hotel expanded to a total of 85 rooms.
