=EUROPIN - European Pharmacoinformatics Initiative=

European Pharmacoinformatics Initiative is a European Commission co-funded ERASMUS project, categorized as Multilateral Project, Curriculum Development-Development of study programmes. Its aim is to develop a joint PhD program on Pharmacoinformatics. Major project outcome will be a PhD curriculum in Pharmacoinformatics mutually recognized by all partners.It should promote training and education of top level scientists in this field. Core objectives are to promote creativity, competitiveness, employability and entrepreneurial spirit of young scientists. The project partners will achieve these objectives

* via strong emphasis on cooperation and mobility of students and teaching staff
* by use of intensive programmes and workshops with strong participation of experts from Pharmaceutical Companies,
* and by extensive use of web-based virtual training activities.

Project start was October 2007, it will last until September 2009.
