Pavoorchatram is a town in Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu, India.

Geography

Pavoorchatram situated in the foothills of Western Ghats, between Tenkasi and Tirunelveli highway. Pavoorchatram is convert|10|km|mi|abbr=on east of Tenkasi and convert|45|km|mi|abbr=on west of Tirunelveli, on the Tenkasi-Tirunelveli State Highway. The nearest popular train stations are Tenkasi and Tirunelveli.

Economy
