Ernley Blackwell

Ernley Blackwell

Sir Ernley Blackwell (KCB) was a legal assistant Under-Secretary of State at the Home Office from 1906 until 1931. He also served as a British civil servant. He was connected to the prosecution of Roger Casement. He was also associated with British firearms legislation.
