Alitalia Airport is controlled by Alitalia Servizi that has the commitment to control handling activities. Alitalia Airport delivers a full range of ground services (passenger and ramp services, load control and supervision). Its main customer is Alitalia.

Alitalia Airport operates in five airports: 4 Italian (Roma Fiumicino, Catania, Napoli e Palermo), and London Heathrow.

In Fiumicino Airport, more than Alitalia, its customers are Air France, KLM, Continental Airlines, Czech Airlines, Air Europa, Air Italy, Meridiana, Olympic Airways, China Airlines, Japan Air Lines, Luxair, Malev, Air Alps, Korean Air, Estonian Air e Turkish Airlines. Alitalia Airport is the market share leader on Fiumicino Airport.

In London Heathrow airport, more than Alitalia, Alitalia Airport handles ground services for Olympic Airlines, Air Malta, Air Mauritius, Jat Airways, Malev, Tarom, Bulgaria Air, Uzbekistan Airlines, Gulf Air, Malaysia, Tap Portugal, Azerbaijan, e Bellview Airlines.

In Catania Fontanarossa Airport, more than Alitalia, handles Malev, Volareweb, Air Slovakia, TNT, Air Alps, Luxair, both passenger and aircraft services, and handles Lost and Found office for British Airways, Meridiana, TUIfly, Myair and other charter and low cost carriers, managing about 80% of Catania baggages.

Alitalia Airport joined Assohandlers association.
