Itaka is an on-demand screenshot server, created using Python and GTK+ (through PyGTK) and the Twisted Networking Framework. Itaka is currently usable in all plattforms supported by Python, PyGTK and the Twisted framework, including Mac OS X. However, a native Cocoa port for Mac OS X is under development.

The next release of Itaka will be 1.0, and is currently under development.
