Isabella and Infante John had four children:
*Infante Diogo of Portugal (1425-1433) - 4thConstable and 11thMaster of theOrder of St. James ;
*Infanta Isabel of Portugal (1428-1496), who was the mother ofIsabella I of Castile and an ancestor of Spanish, French and English monarchs;
*Infanta Beatriz of Portugal, the mother ofManuel I of Portugal ,Isabella of Viseu andLeonor of Viseu , and an ancestor of Spanish and Portuguese monarchs;
*Infanta Phillipa of Portugal (1432-1444), Lady ofAlmada Isabella died sometime in 1476 at the age of 62, she is now ancestor of monarchs of many countries.
