Richard Lawrence (born September 3, 1969, Glasgow, Scotland) is an enigmatic award-winning Scottish artist.
Richard Lawrence is a prolific artist, having released several hundred pieces of work both under his own name and other artists. Richard Lawrence often uses pseudonyms and monikers to separate himself from the art (either his own or that of others) he has had input in, stating only egotistical people take credit for everything they do.
From his early material, rooted in Portrait, Visionary and Landscape, Richard Lawrence has expanded his artistic palette throughout his career, absorbing many other genres including, Textiles, Memento mori and Eclectricism.
Richard Lawrence is based in Glasgow, Scotland, working from his studio, Madhouse Studios.
