Shangfeng (Chinese: 上冯村委) is a village committee in Biyang County, 7 km east of Yangce Town. It comprises 10 villages, with a total population of 5000. The largest village is Shangfeng Village with over 1000 residents. The village committee is bordered on three sides by mountains. Local farmers primarily rely on agriculture, mainly growing wheat, soybean, sesame, and peanuts. Cattle and goats are also raised in the area.
