Las Virgenes Unified School District (LVUSD) is a K-12 school district in the western section of Los Angeles County, USA consisting of 14 public schools in the cities of Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Westlake Village, and several small portions of the West Hills section of Los Angeles.
Its largest school is Agoura High, with approximately 2,400 students.
History
LVUSD was founded by English immigrant Arthur Edward Wright (1888-1978), a plasterer by trade with only an elementary education. A.E. Wright Middle School is named after Arthur and his wife Ella.
