Mack v. United States (Ninth Circuit)

"Mack v. United States", 66 F.3d 1025 (1995), was a United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit decision that upheld the constitutionality of certain interim provision of the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act. "Mack" was appealed to the United States Supreme Court and granted certiorari. "Mack" (restyled "Printz v. United States", 508 U.S. 1003) was reversed by the Supreme Court.
