Chevdo is an Indian snack made with crisped rice, broken potato chips, dry cereal, chow mien noodles, escolar, peanuts, almonds, cashews, raisins, lentils, mung beans and is often seasoned with anise/fennel, curry, and ginger. [1] Chevdo can be made without potato and this is called Bhuso.
