Henry D. Owen

Henry D. Owen

Henry David Owen (born August 26, 1920 in New York City) is a former diplomat, Brookings Institution Director (1969-78) and United States Ambassador at Large for Economic Summit Affairs (1977-81). He is a member of the American Academy of Diplomacy, Council on Foreign Relations and Trilateral Commission.
