Sanford Bookstaver

Sanford Bookstaver (born September 1, 1973 in Poughkeepsie, New York) is an American television director and producer.

Early Life

In 1995, Sanford graduated from the USC School of Cinema-Television. In 1999 Sanford came into the business directing "Scriptfellas".

Director

Bookstaver has directed a number of episodes for shows including "Prison Break", "The O.C.", "Dawson's Creek" and "One Tree Hill".

Personal life

Bookstaver married actress Rena Sofer in 2003. On August 5 2005, Bookstaver had his first child with Sofer, named Avalon Leone, in Los Angeles. Bookstaver and his wife are expecting their second child. ["ABC Soaps Indepth", via celebrity baby blog, February 25, 2008.]
